Two Americans making products in India
Desert Kingdom Traders is a US company run by Caleb Quinones and Parker Hoye out of Fort Worth, Texas. We develop products, manufacture furniture in our own factory in Jodhpur where every piece is finished by hand, and source finished goods across India for brands in the US and EU. You contract with us and pay us, and we're responsible for the order from the first sketch to the container leaving Nhava Sheva.

Who answers for your order
A lot of buyers in India work through an agent, who introduces a factory and takes a commission. That can work. The catch is that when a finish comes out wrong, the agent's job usually ended at the introduction, and the factory is the one you have to chase.
We work differently. You contract with Desert Kingdom Traders, LLC, you pay us in the US, and the people managing your order in India are the same people answering your email. If something goes wrong, it's ours to fix.
It also means the conversation happens in your language and your units. Buyers think in inches and landed cost per unit. Workshops work in millimeters and cost per piece at the gate. We translate between the two.
That's the job: one company that answers for the whole order, from the first sample to the container at Nhava Sheva.

Where we work
We have our own factory in Jodhpur, where all our furniture is made and finished by hand. Products outside furniture go to whichever cluster in India makes them best.
You reach us in Fort Worth during your working day. India is more than ten hours ahead of Texas, so that matters.
