One company, from sketch to shipment
We develop new products, manufacture to your spec, and source finished goods that already exist. Most orders use more than one of those. Either way, you sign one contract with one US company, and that company is responsible for the order.
What we do
Product development
You have an idea. We turn it into something a factory can build.
We turn a sketch into a spec a factory can follow: materials that suit the piece and the price, construction that holds up in a container, and dimensions written down so nothing is left to interpret. If your idea won't work at your target cost, we'll tell you before you pay for a sample.
Good for Founders with a concept, brands extending a line, or anyone who's been asked for a drawing and doesn't have one.
Manufacturing
Built to your spec, in the part of India that specializes in it.
Furniture is built in our own factory in Jodhpur and finished by hand there. Other products go to the cluster in India that specializes in them. Either way, we manage the run: a pre-production sample, checks during production, and a final inspection before anything is packed. Standard production takes 50 to 60 days.
Good for Custom pieces, private label, and anything where the drawing is yours.
Sourcing & trading
If it already exists, we'll find it instead of building it.
If something close to what you want is already made somewhere in India, we'll find it, check it, and sell it to you as a finished product. That's usually faster and cheaper than a custom run, and we'll tell you when it's the better option.
Good for Buyers filling out a catalog or testing a new category.
Export & logistics
We handle the export paperwork and get your order to the port.
We prepare the export documents, pack for the route your goods are taking, and hand off to your freight forwarder with everything your customs broker needs. If you'd rather not arrange freight yourself, we can manage it to your door for a flat fee: $200 for a full container, $100 for LCL, $50 for air.

What we make and source
Wood, metal, stone, glass, ceramic, textile, leather. India makes almost all of it somewhere, so the material is rarely the limit. Volume, price point and whether the piece survives 45 to 60 days in transit usually are.

Where in India we work
Indian manufacturing is organized into clusters, towns where most of the workshops make one kind of thing. Furniture we make in our own factory in Jodhpur, where every piece is finished by hand. For everything else, we pick the right town first, then the workshop in it.

Five checks, from choosing the workshop to loading the container.
Before we place it
We pick the workshop to suit the product. That means visiting, seeing what else they run, and passing on a workshop when the fit is wrong.
Pre-production sample
You approve a physical sample before a single unit is produced, rush orders included. We make two: one goes to you, one stays at the factory as the reference for the run.
During the run
The first finished piece is checked against your approved sample, then we check again mid-run while there's still time to correct.
Before it's packed
Final inspection with photographs sent to you. If we find a problem, you hear about it from us before anything ships.
Before it sails
Carton counts against the packing list, and the load checked as the container is stuffed.
